Tickets may be submitted via two ways:
- By going to our Helpdesk portal (cdcfoundation.zendesk.com)
- Send an email to helpdesk@cdcfoundation.org. Please include the 'Title' of your ticket in the Subject line, and any relevant information for the ticket should be included in the body of the email.
