Concur 2FA setup

Setting up 2FA

1. If you haven't already download and install Microsoft Authenticator to your smartphone.
2. Go to Concur's website and sign in.
3. Enter your credentials.
4. After successfully signed in, you will be prompted to setup 2FA.
5. In your Smartphone, launch the Microsoft Authenticator app or your preferred Authenticator app
6. Tap on the + sign to add an account
7. Select Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)
   
8. If prompted by Microsoft Authenticator to access your Camera, please tap on OK
   
9. Your camera will become active, then scan the QR Code shown on the screen of your laptop (see below an example).
   
   
   
10. Back to the Microsoft Authenticator, you see a 6-digit code, type that code into the Authentication Code field in Concur's 2FA screen.
    
11. That's it!
