Select a colleague in your company to manage travel approvals delegated to you while you are away. Upon returning from your vacation, ensure to reset the backup manager settings to resume receiving approvals directly.
To assign a travel approval delegate, please follow these steps:
- Sign into Concur.
- Go to Preferences > Travel Vacation Reassignment.
- Search for the person that needs to handle the travel approvals in your absent.
Note:
- Should your designated backup manager be on vacation simultaneously with you, all travel approvals assigned to you will be rerouted to your company's travel administrator.
- Please note, this does not reassign any items presently in your approval queue; it is advisable to address those prior to your departure.
- When you return from vacation, remember to come back to the Assign Travel Vacation page in Concur and clear out the backup manager so that you receive approvals as normal again. To clear the back manager just click on the NONE button and then click on the Submit button.
